Bad Break

Some guy steals my high-end bike, gets caught, and receives a slap on the wrist. The second time he steals it and gets caught, he pleads for mercy. All he wants is a break. I give it to him, but I take precautions. Sure enough he steals it a third time. But, the brake I gave him isn’t connected to the bicycle’s frame.
