fun writes here, mike. a well put together collection and expose on the foibles of the relationship. i especially like something in the water for its cheeky tone and twisted end.
Michael ~ what a sense of your own fire and daring came across in these sensational sixes of yin and yang, zen and zing, Venus-Mars and all the miles it takes to truly reach either. Particularly enamored with "The First Instance" and "Their Only Connection", (poor Tor). The protagonist who yearned to be 'truly great in one endeavour' must've wanted to be more like You.
Evocative "Au Cafe" cover and clean layout showcased your showmanship with moxie. (World sure needs more moxie). ~ Absolutely*Kate
A great literary ride! Wonderfully written and a great tie-in of beginning and end and a desolate sense of loss of love throughout. Excellence in six sentences and six stories apiece.
Thank you folks for your kind comments. The cover certainly attracts the eye, and I'm happy that you found some satisfaction in reading the contents. I'd especially like to thank Rob McEvily. He does a beautiful job on designing these little booklets.
Michael, these are wonderful. I love reading these stories, a smile never leaves my lips. Thanks for these harmonically connected 6S's! lovely to look at too.
Mr. Mike :) I really like the stories, loved the concept of SIX stories of SIX sentences each one. You do a really good writing Mr. Brown; you should keep doing this if that's your passion ;) Seriously.

These are splendid, entertaining, painful, well-balanced and thought-provoking pieces. Thank you.
i enjoyed the circular journey...hints of long ago tales woven in... i liked the last two above the others.
Six rich stories here, each full - yet I am left with a satisfying curiosity. I love how you tied beginning and end together.
M- This was fabulous.... Hmmm I wonder...
