Puddles, Chocolate and Laughter

It was a rainy day but instead of letting the weather ruin our fun we decided to explore Luzerne anyway. Sightseeing was difficult and walking around was not the ideal mode of transportation but it was all we had. After a morning of shopping and fighting the elements we headed back for the warmth of our dry hotel. We ditched the wet jeans and useless umbrellas for tee shirts and shorts and we wasted away the rest of the day lazily in the room. Spending the afternoon with friends was all any of us cared about. The weather was awful, the pictures all came out blurry and the shopping bill was frighteningly high but the memories from that day remain some of my favorite.
